Home Room Racing Cafe owners Henry Velez and his wife Arista Saengchan began the Park Street business four years ago as a slot car racing venue, and added a Thai cafe a few months ago. Arista cooks and their son Anantachai Toon Saengchan Velez, 21, waits tables at the cafe. Customers can bring their own slot cars or use cars provided.
